The straight terms.

True Father offers a free personalized sample and two monthly subscriptions: the Connection Plan ($40/month) and the Legacy Plan ($80/month). Billing is handled by Stripe. You can update your card, switch plans, or cancel anytime through the billing page in your dashboard, which opens Stripe’s secure customer portal — no phone calls, no retention hoops.

When you cancel, you keep access through the end of the period you’ve paid for; after that, your plan ends and paid features (including archive access under your plan’s terms) stop. If a payment fails, we’ll keep your plan active for a short grace window while Stripe retries; if payment can’t be collected, the plan ends.

True Father is a father-facing preparation and content tool. It generates personalized supportive material for father-child connection — stories, prayers or affirmations, questions, and practical prep — and saves it to your dashboard and archive according to your plan and feature availability.

It is not a custody, legal, therapy, counseling, medical, or crisis service, and no content here should be treated as professional advice of any kind. We make no promises about relationship outcomes. Showing up is yours to do; we just make sure you never show up empty-handed.

The material is for your personal use with your own family. You are responsible for what you enter and for how you use what we generate — use your judgment about what fits your child.

Don’t use True Father to manipulate, pressure, shame, harass, surveil, or emotionally burden a child or another adult. Don’t use it for anything illegal, harmful, or abusive, and don’t attempt to misuse the service (scraping, abuse of the free sample, reselling generated content as a service, or attacking the platform). We can suspend accounts that do.

Keep inputs light — that’s how the product is designed. Please don’t enter sensitive information about children or private family disputes; a nickname, an age range, and what your kid is into is all the product needs.

The content generated for you is yours to use, keep, read aloud, print, and share within your family. The True Father name, site, design, and underlying system remain ours.

We aim to keep True Father fast and reliable, but no online service is up 100% of the time, and we can’t guarantee uninterrupted availability. Plainly: the service is provided as is; to the extent the law allows, our liability for problems arising from the service is limited to what you’ve paid us in the past twelve months. Nothing here limits liability where the law says it can’t be limited.
